1. Program Description

Program name: Renterprise

Renterprise is a communication platform that enables tenants, vendors, and property managers to coordinate maintenance and service requests through SMS messaging and related digital channels. The service facilitates two-way communication, work order management, and status updates between all parties involved in property maintenance and repair.

By using Renterprise or opting in to receive SMS messages through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

2.1 Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Renterprise, you agree to receive text messages related to your service requests, maintenance updates, work order status, and platform notifications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring and conversational messages as needed to coordinate service requests and maintenance activities. The volume of messages depends on your activity within the platform and the number of active service requests associated with your account.

2.3 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data charges from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received through the Renterprise platform. Renterprise does not charge separately for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Contact your mobile service provider for details about your messaging plan.

2.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any Renterprise SMS message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number, except as required by law or to confirm your opt-out.

To re-enroll after opting out, contact us at support@renterprise.app or follow the opt-in instructions provided by your property manager.

2.5 Help

For help with the Renterprise messaging service, reply HELP to any SMS message. You may also contact us directly at support@renterprise.app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Renterprise only for its intended purpose of coordinating legitimate property maintenance and service requests. You must not:

• Use the platform to send unsolicited, harassing, abusive, or unlawful messages.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or role.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user's information.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws.
• Submit false or misleading service requests or information that disrupts the property management process.

4. Account Responsibilities

Property managers and account administrators are responsible for ensuring that all users they add to the platform have consented to receive SMS messages and have been informed of these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or with phone numbers you provide to us.

5. Privacy

Your use of Renterprise is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Renterprise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and we cannot guarantee delivery of every message.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or SMS services, including any failure to deliver messages or delays in communication.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Renterprise after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Renterprise operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
